• Bookings & Payments: A booking is only confirmed once the required advance payment is received. All balances must be cleared before the departure date as per the specific tour policy.

• Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellation fees apply based on how close to the departure date you cancel and the policies of our third-party vendors (hotels, airlines). Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting these fees.

• Price Fluctuations: Package prices are subject to change without prior notice due to sudden increases in fuel costs, government taxes, or airline/hotel tariff hikes.

• Unforeseen Events (Force Majeure): Travel Tantra is not liable for changes, delays, or cancellations caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, war, or government restrictions.

• User Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate personal information, arriving on time for scheduled departures, and maintaining decorum during group tours.

• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where Travel Tantra is registered.
